Privacy Policy

Your data, your control

Nocta takes your privacy seriously. Here's what you need to know:

  • Account data: We store your email address and name to manage your account. This data is stored securely on Supabase servers.
  • Time tracking data: Your projects, time entries, expenses, and goals are stored in our database and synced across your devices.
  • No tracking: We do not use any third-party analytics, advertising SDKs, or tracking pixels.
  • Subscription: In-app purchases are handled by Apple through RevenueCat. We do not store your payment information.
  • Data deletion: You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from the app settings.
  • No data sharing: We never sell, share, or transfer your personal data to third parties.

Subscriptions

Nocta offers the following auto-renewable subscriptions to unlock Pro features:

  • Nocta Pro Monthly — CHF 3.99 per month
  • Nocta Pro Yearly — CHF 29.99 per year

Auto-Renewal

  • Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase.
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
  • You can manage and cancel your subscriptions in your iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
  • Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription.

License

Nocta grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the app on devices you own or control, as permitted by the Apple Media Services Terms.

Privacy

Your use of Nocta is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
